The Meritor WABCO cab leveling valve is designed to help preserve the correct vehicle cab position and provide driver comfort. Responding to the cab load and changes in road conditions, this valve works to maintain proper levels in the cab air suspension system. Also available is a chassis leveling valve that responds to changes in chassis load.

The Meritor WABCO cab leveling valve is engineered polymer construction to be lightweight, compact, durable and corrosion-resistant. The very durable ceramic valve provides consistent performance throughout valve life while providing debris resistance.

Thanks to a flexible design the air flow characteristics can be easily changed to adapt the valve to meet specific customer needs and the standard two-stage airflow characteristics minimize air consumption under normal driving conditions.

Through-holes for mounting and a variety of lever and bracket shapes give flexibility in mounting positions whilst the optional two delivery ports can reduce the number of fittings. Finally push-to-connect fittings are available pre-assembled to improve the ease of installation.

Our latest RideSentry™ MPA38/40 Trailer Air Suspension is a revolution in trailer undercarriage technology. The system was designed with integrated slider, trailer axles and brakes and the parallelogram design integrates components into a compact, lightweight system that provides a smooth, stable ride, along with better handling for longer vehicle life. The high-strength steel frame provides excellent durability at a lighter weight.

Even more weight savings are realized from the lightweight axles, brackets and upper control arms. And the RideSentry provides superior roll stability and resistance to curbing damage.

Additionally, the revolutionary PinLoc™ Slider Locking System is standard equipment on the MPA38/40 and provides a one-of-a-kind solution to make sliders more secure than ever. The system combines industry-exclusive angled locking pins, a parking brake interlock and an air assist. The combination of these features helps ensure slider locking pin engagement.

Our new ProTec™ High Mobility Independent Suspension (HMIS) series delivers the Iron Triangle of Payload, Performance and Protection – representing the three absolute must-haves for the military market. ProTec – built for tactical wheeled military vehicles and armored personnel carriers as well as specialty and off-highway applications – is the only product family that builds a foundation of strength under every corner of the Iron Triangle. Launched in response to customer demands for superior force protection, unmatched mobility and unparalleled ride quality, ProTec comes in a weight-efficient package. 

The ProTec HMIS series is available in three configurations – Series 30 for applications requiring GAWRs up to 14,000 lbs., Series 40 for applications requiring GAWRs up to 23,000 lbs., and Series 50 for applications requiring GAWRs up to 29,000 lbs.
