At Cummins Filtration, being a complete exhaust system supplier means that we build more than just mufflers. We have been bending tubing to go with our mufflers for over 20 years. CNC mandrel bending equipment is used to ensure the quality and accuracy of every tube produced.
Our mandrel tube benders allow us to design compound bend round tubing from 0.25 to 6 inches in diameter with multiple bend radiuses available for each tube diameter. This machinery can bend such material as:
- Aluminum
- Aluminized steel
- Mild steel
- Stainless steel
You can also choose from a large selection of preformed tubes, including:
- Elbows
- Medium, heavy-duty, and school bus exhaust systems
- Stacks
- Straight connectors
Tube Assemblies
We have a dedicated engineering staff as well as CNC mandrel bending equipment and robotic welders to ensure that all our tube assemblies are built to any OEM specification. Both round and rectangular tubing can be used to produce such products as frames for:
- ATVs
- Golf carts
- Lawn and garden equipment
- Motorcycles
And, using materials such as aluminum, mild steel, aluminized steel and stainless steel, we can produce other assemblies including:
